Our Policies

- 10% city & bed tax not included.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Smoking permitted outside on the decks.
- $25 charge for smoking in the room.
- $10 charge for third person in room.
- $25 charge per pet / $25 deposit for pets (limited rooms).
- $15 non-returned key charge.
- $50 security deposit required for cash paying guests.
- Not responsible for items left in the room after checkout.
- Room subject to change without notice.
Check-in: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Late arrivals by special arrangement.)
Check-out: 11 a.m.
Cancellation policy:
We have a $50 processing fee.
Cancellation must be made 5 days in advance or the room rate will be charged.
